Zoom Training Session

CONFlux Virtual Platform
- Review the presentations within your assigned session to prepare for the Zoom sessions
- This will include the paper abstract, pre-recorded video, and optionally slides
- Prepare 1-2 questions for each presentation in case none are asked by the audience
- Contact Brianna Orr if you notice any issues within the platform
Lecture Sessions
- Plan to join your Zoom sessions about 10 minutes early
- Prepare a brief introduction to open the session
- Ensure that the session stays on time; presentations + Q&A cannot exceed 15 minutes each
- Moderate the Q&A portions of the session, and ask questions if the audience does not
- Make a note of any no-shows
Poster Sessions
- Plan to join your Zoom sessions about 10 minutes early
- Prepare a brief introduction to open the session
- Ensure that the session stays on time; presentations + discussion cannot exceed 10 minutes each
- Plan to start discussions or ask questions if the audience does not
- Make a note of any no-shows
Please note that you will have a moderator available on each Zoom session to assist with technical issues/questions.
