Registration Rates
AUTHORS: At least one author (the presenter) from each paper must be registered for the conference by August 9. All authors who wish to participate in the sessions must complete a registration. Contact Brianna Orr if you are unable to make the deadline.

*Recent graduates: If you are still in your first year past graduation, you may register at the student rate.
LMIC Discount
- Upper-Middle-Income country registrants can receive a 50% discount
- Lower-Middle and Low-Income countries registrants can receive a 75% discount

You cannot use the LMIC rate to receive complimentary group registrations. The discount does not apply to short courses.

Bank Transfers
If you need to pay via bank transfer, please complete this registration form and send it to Brianna Orr, Conference Manager.
Group Registration
If you have 3 participants from the same organization completing a paid registration for IUS 2021, you can receive up to 7 complimentary registrations for colleagues within the same organization (registration type of equal or less value). *Email domain MUST be the same.
Process: Once you have 3 registrations completed, please send the confirmations including registration type (screenshot is accepted) to [email protected], as well as a list of email addresses who should receive the complimentary registrations. The Conference Manager will then provide a specific discount code to that group, and they will be able to register.
Example: If you register 1 Non-Member and 2 Student Non-Members, you can receive up to 7 complimentary registrations at the Student Non-Member rate or lower.
*Please note: All presentations will still need a PAID registration associated with the presenting author.
Short Course Group Rates
- $400 regular group rate grants access to a single specified short course for up to 10 attendees within the same affiliation. For the same 10 attendees, each additional course is $200.
- $200 student group rate grants access to a single specified short course for up to 10 student attendees within the same affiliation. For the same 10 student attendees, each additional course is $100.
